To be able to use the platform and participate in events, it is necessary to create a Club account, where you will store in a database, your club's data, athlete forms, teams, coaches, and referees.

Yes! Since they are different entities, it is possible to use the same email as a user in both the club and manager account.

Yes! When defining the club's data, you can indicate any email address you want to receive all the information

No! In the list of events, the manager has the possibility to make it visible or not for the platform at any time.

The manager has full autonomy over the platform, when creating an event he can indicate the following information:
  • Event name, start and end date, start and end date for registrations;
  • Banking and telephone and email contact information of the organization and coordinates for the map;
  • Registration limit;
  • Type of event if it is a competition or stage;
  • You can define if it is a closed competition, with club authorization to participate.

    • You can! But only if they are not registered in any event.
    If they are registered in events, you can always remove the active status on their respective record.

    This can be due to these situations:
  • Before registering for an event, you must previously create your athletes, coaches, teams, or referees;
  • When creating athletes, it is mandatory to indicate the gender and date of birth, and optionally the height and weight. The category will filter all that information;
  • The athlete, coach or referee must be active (see their respective record);
